Ohio Investment in Training
Program (OITP)
The Ohio Investment Training Program (OITP)
provides financial assistance and technical resources for customized
training involving employees of new and expanding Ohio businesses.

Butler County Department of Job and Family Services: Workforce Investment
Act
The WIA provides various employment opportunities for business and
individuals. Those who qualify for the program receive classroom training,
job placement, on the job training at no cost.
Any employers that are involved are eligible for a tax credit during
the period of on the job training.

Manufacturing
Extension Program (MEP)
A program under the National Institute for Standards and Technology
centers around the Unites States where small manufactures can turn for
advice on using technology to improve their productivity and quality.
Best Mfg. Practices
Center of Exellence (BMP)
The BMP program surveys and documents best practices in industry and
disseminiated the information via reports, articles and downloadable
software.
A partnership of the Office of Navel Research's BMP Program, the
Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry an Security, and the
University of Maryland's Maryland Technlogy Technology Enterprise
Institute.
