The airport is a fixed base terminal with a 6,000-foot all-weather
lighted runway that accommodates corporate jets and offers airfreight
service. For
commercial air
service, it’s a 45-minute drive to the Dayton International Airport or an
hour to the Greater Cincinnati
International Airport. From both of these terminals, the county’s major
air carriers provide service for both freight and passengers.

The park's site
adaptability and facility infrastructure are among its drawing
cards. Site topography is flat and lot layout is flexible.
Sites are available from two to 30 acres.
A 68-acre site of prime industrial land. The site is served with a
12-inch water line and 10 inch sanitary sewer. Electricity and
natural gas are provided by the Cincinnati Gas and Electric
Company, who serves most of southwestern Ohio. The site is located
within minutes of I-75 via State Route 63 or State Route 122.Sites
are available from two to 30 acres.

Next time you drive south on Verity Parkway, look left just as you leave
the City Limits to observe a major transformation that has occurred over
the past summer. The Midd-Cities Industrial Complex is under
new ownership. The new owner has already made many improvements:
1,300 gallons of paint to 600,000 square feet of buildings; a new
security system; cleaner grounds; new pavement and signage; and
repair/replacement of various access doors. In addition to making
a commitment to improving their investment, they have become an active
Chamber and community member participating in and supporting events and
projects.
According to Sean Tobin,
Facility Manager, they will soon reactivate rail service, upgrade cranes
and continue cleaning and upgrading both the interior and exterior of
the structures. Already, 1/3 of the space is leased. Other
spaces available range from 6,000 to 110,000 square feet. The
complex is designed for heavy industrial use with clear spans up
to 125 feet, an electrical power up to 13.2 kva. The 56 acre site
includes 25 undeveloped acres. The Midd-Cities group will build to
suit and make leasehold improvements with flexible lease arrangements.
Midd-Cities is implementing an
aggressive marketing plan targeted to major industries within a 300 mile
radius. We hope to share news of additional Midd-Cities' tenants in the

M.A.D.E. Industrial Park
This more than 400-acre
industrial park is home to 12 industrial operations. Limited acres
remain available for heavy industrial development. Rail service is available
to 100 acres. A million-gallon water tank was recently installed in the area
to further enhance the existing industrial operations and future
