When this development truism was crafted , its creator certainly had Middletown in mind. Consider these facts:

Middletown is located right on Interstate 75 between two major metropolitan markets, Cincinnati and Dayton.
Middletown is the middle of the development boom in Butler and Warren Counties, one of Ohio's fastest growing regions.
Middletown has ready access to material, natural, educational and human resources.
Middletown is situated over one of the largest natural aquifers in the U.S.
Middletown is strategically positioned for distribution.
